The Giant Race would like to invite you to Yoga On The Green! Come celebrate a weekend full of health and wellness at AT&T Park. All registered yogis are invited for an exclusive on field yoga experience with San Francisco’s finest yoga instructors. Your Yoga On The Green registration includes a single 60 min on-field yoga session. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to class.
Jason Crandell is a natural teacher and author with more than 15 years of experience. He is a 2 time lululemon ambassador. His accessible, grounded classes integrate the best elements of power yoga, anatomical precision, and mindfulness teachings. Jason’s articulate, down-to-earth approach to vinyasa yoga will educate and empower you. Named “one of the teachers shaping the future of yoga,” by Yoga Journal, Jason has been an in-demand teacher at conferences around the world for more than a decade. Considered a “teacher’s teacher,” Jason has taught on countless teacher training faculties, leads trainings globally, and regularly presents teacher training content at esteemed conferences. Jason is a contributing editor for Yoga Journal magazine where he has written more than 25 articles. His critical thinking skills will support you on your path of practice, teaching, and self-inquiry. Jason’s primary teacher is Rodney Yee—who was kind enough to say, “Jason is taking the art of teaching yoga to its next level.”
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Please bring your own mat and towel with you. At this time there are no mat or towel rentals offered.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR CLASS?
Start hydrating at least 2 hours ahead of time; try not to eat a heavy meal before class. Wear comfortable clothing.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT?
Doors and registration will open at 8:30am. Class will start promptly at 9:00am.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Please park in lot A and head to the registration zen table and enter through Portwalk Gate entrance.
Who can ATTEND?
Anyone who would attend a typical 60 minute yoga flow class is welcome.
